The following terms and conditions must be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination. General Candidates age must be between 18-30 years as on 31-03-2024. However, in the case of minorities and sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyrs and physically challenged, the age limit is 32 years. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfillment of all conditions. This condition does not apply to others.

However, all serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of the No Objection Release issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination. No advance copy will be accepted in this case. The existing rules and regulations of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules will be followed. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations. At the time of oral examination, original copies of all certificates must be produced and one set of attested photocopies must be submitted along with the filled Application Form.
Besides, certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district, photocopy of national identity card and if the applicant is the son-daughter of any heroic freedom fighter/martyr, the applicant is the son-daughter of the son-daughter of the heroic freedom fighter/martyr. Attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor should be submitted. The applicant should also mention his/her last acquired educational qualification. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification or make any changes regarding recruitment as per rules.

The appointing authority reserves the right to cancel the application at any stage despite not having the qualifications mentioned in the recruitment notification. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has married or committed to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court of any moral disciplinary charge, he will not be considered eligible to apply.

The application deadline is as follows: Starting date and time for online application form filling and examination fee submission is 30th April’ 2024; 10:00 am. 11. Last date and time for submission of application form online is 20 May’ 2024: 4:00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period will submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
